This addition and remodeling project is currently in the design phase and will provide an updated kitchen and master suite to a classic Portland cottage. The design is thoughtfully reflective of the cottage's character and scale for both the interior and exterior.

In 2000, L. Taylor Lohr was retained as Architect by AE Design Associates, PC to design a small boiler house adjacent to the San Juan County Courthouse, which is a contributing structure within the Silverton National Historic Landmark District. The boiler house reflects the scale, detailing, and materials of the historic Courthouse.

L. Taylor Lohr has been involved in the rehabilitation of the Historic Silverton Church since 1999 as both Architect of Record and Historic Architect consultant with AE Design Associates, PC. Photographed by Ansel Adams, the distinguished church and parsonage have undergone several restoration and rehabilitation projects as well as ADA improvements.

The luxurious Telluride Condominium rests on the second floor of the Mulford Building. This building was completely reconstructed from its previous state, allowing for a contemporary elegant retreat surrounded by Telluride’s natural beauty.
